I keep getting small cuts on my foreskin during sex and sometimes it hurts a lot. It feels like phimosis but I really don't want to get circumcision or surgery. Are there any other treatments that could help with this?

I'm 27 and have mullerian duct syndrome with bilateral ovo testis, a small uterus, no vagina or cervix, but full male genitalia and 46XY chromosomes. Is it possible to surgically bring the testes down into the scrotum? Also, can the uterus be removed without losing my testes or testosterone production?
