I'm still a virgin and I've got a small penis size. I keep making excuses to avoid having sex. The upper skin of my penis hasn't torn yet. What should I do?

View allI've just had a semen analysis because my wife and I are trying to have a baby. A few months ago, she conceived unexpectedly, but sadly the pregnancy didn't go well since the fetus wasn't growing properly. This time we're trying to be more careful and consulted with a gynecologist who suggested we get tested before planning again. I'm sharing my report for your input. It turned out positive, but it also shows positive agglutination. What does this mean for our chances of getting pregnant? Could you advise on how to lower or manage this agglutination issue?
Agglutination in the semen analysis indicates that sperm may be clumping together, which can potentially affect fertility by reducing sperm motility and their ability to reach the egg. Its important to discuss this with your doctor, who may recommend treatments like antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, or lifestyle changes to improve sperm quality and reduce agglutination.

I have a 6mm kidney stone and my CT scan shows it's 10mm in another part do I really need surgery or are there other options to pass it naturally
A 6mm kidney stone and a larger 10mm stone likely won't pass naturally and will require medical intervention. Surgery is generally not the first choice for 6mm stones, but it's often considered for stones of 10mm or larger, or if a smaller stone gets stuck and causes complications. Other options like medication, lithotripsy (shock wave therapy), or a procedure called ureteroscopy might be used before surgery, especially for smaller stones

I'm really worried about my urine test results showing 810 pus cells and bacteria present. Is this a sign of a severe infection? I've started taking Curran 500 antibiotics, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Should I also get a urine culture test done?
do urine culture test
