I keep sneezing and getting a cold every morning no matter what I try - I've done alopathy, homeopathy, and ayurvedic treatments but nothing helps. One doctor mentioned I might have extra nose bone growth needing surgery, but said there's only a 50% chance it'll work. What do you think about this diagnosis and treatment option?

i feel that you have allergic rhinitis. You can start with a steroid nasal spray twice daily. If no relief, consult another ENT surgeon and get evaluated whether surgery will help or not. But allergy per se may not go away with surgery. You will need spray and avoidance of allergens.

I'm feeling some discomfort in my ear and chest, which has been going on for the past couple of days. The weird thing is, it only lasts for about 20 or 30 minutes, and then it just goes away like nothing happened. Should I be worried about this, or is it just some random thing that might sort itself out?
Usually there is no relation between those, visit ENT doctor for appropriate treatment.

I'm experiencing some discomfort when swallowing, particularly on the right side near my Adam's Apple. It's not a constant pain, but it sometimes feels like a lumpy soreness throughout the day, especially when I gulp. I have a moderate cough and notice I'm spitting more often. Last month, I had a cold and sore throat and was advised to take Azithral and ClavamXR by my GP. I've also stopped working out for about a month and it feels like I'm gaining weight. Could you offer some advice or insights into what's going on?
that could be mucosal congestion,no need to worry consume warm food for relief and stay hydrated.
