I keep sneezing and getting a cold every morning no matter what I try - I've done alopathy, homeopathy, and ayurvedic treatments but nothing helps. One doctor mentioned I might have extra nose bone growth needing surgery, but said there's only a 50% chance it'll work. What do you think about this diagnosis and treatment option?

i feel that you have allergic rhinitis. You can start with a steroid nasal spray twice daily. If no relief, consult another ENT surgeon and get evaluated whether surgery will help or not. But allergy per se may not go away with surgery. You will need spray and avoidance of allergens.

I've been having this issue where there's a really smelly mucus coming from just one nostril, and I can't seem to shake off this runny nose. On top of that, I've been feeling kind of lethargic, and I've got this persistent headache thats just on one side of my forehead. Sometimes, I even notice some swelling on one of my cheeks. Could these symptoms be connected, and do you think I should be worried about something more serious?

That could be sinusitis needs a course of antibiotics, visit your ENT docotor for appropriate management and do steam inhalation for relief.

I'm really concerned about a lump I've noticed slightly behind where my left tonsil was removed about 8 years ago. It doesn't hurt and seems to be the same color as the rest of my throat. I don't have any trouble eating, but when I dry swallow or just swallow saliva, it feels like there's phlegm stuck in my throat. It's been there for a couple of months now, and I'm just so aware of it all the time. Is it something I should be worried about, like throat cancer? I've attached a picture too.

No need to worry, that could be normal lymphnodes or mucus retention cyst, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management

I've been having this recurring issue with my left ear. About a month ago, I saw an ENT and had some wax removed. They also put me on meds like Protal SR 40 mg, Nukast 10 mg, and a nasal spray called Floresp for a month because they said there was a bit of a tilt in my nose bone and some tonsil signs in my throat. The strange thing is, during that month, my usual migraines completely stopped. But now that I'm off the meds, my ear feels heavy again, my nose is a bit irritated, and I've had a headache for three days straight. Do you think there's a connection between my ear and my headaches, or could it be something else? How do I get back to feeling normal?
