I keep sneezing and getting a cold every morning no matter what I try - I've done alopathy, homeopathy, and ayurvedic treatments but nothing helps. One doctor mentioned I might have extra nose bone growth needing surgery, but said there's only a 50% chance it'll work. What do you think about this diagnosis and treatment option?

i feel that you have allergic rhinitis. You can start with a steroid nasal spray twice daily. If no relief, consult another ENT surgeon and get evaluated whether surgery will help or not. But allergy per se may not go away with surgery. You will need spray and avoidance of allergens.

I've been having trouble breathing, and my CT scan showed DNS towards the left with a spur in the right and enlarged nasopharyngeal tonsil. I've attached the scan could you check if the DNS is severe enough for surgery or if it might improve with meds? I've been using fluticasone spray for a month with slight improvement, but the issue persists. Should I wait longer or consider adenoidectomy if the adenoids are maximally enlarged?
