i feel that you have allergic rhinitis. You can start with a steroid nasal spray twice daily. If no relief, consult another ENT surgeon and get evaluated whether surgery will help or not. But allergy per se may not go away with surgery. You will need spray and avoidance of allergens.

I've been having trouble breathing, and my CT scan showed DNS towards the left with a spur in the right and enlarged nasopharyngeal tonsil. I've attached the scan could you check if the DNS is severe enough for surgery or if it might improve with meds?
