I moved to Pune about a year and a half ago, and since then I've been dealing with a lot of hair fall. It's pretty bad, like my hair comes out in full strands and in big bunches, especially when I shower. It's really worrying because my hair volume is down to about a third of what it used to be. I'm really stressed about it and was hoping you could help me figure out what might be going on and how to fix it.

Consider consulting a trichologist or dermatologist in Pune to diagnose the underlying cause of your excessive hair fall, which could be related to the city's hard water, climate change, or other environmental factors, and they can recommend personalized treatments, such as medicated shampoos, hair growth serums, or low-level laser therapy (LLLT), to help address your hair loss concerns.

View allI've been dealing with some white patches near my anus, and occasionally they get quite itchy. It's really frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Could you suggest any medicine or treatment that might help with this issue? I'm eager to find a solution soon.
The white color near your anus could be due to a fungal infection, such as candidiasis. Here's a possible solution: *Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications* 1. *Clotrimazole cream*: An antifungal cream that can help clear up the infection. 2. *Miconazole cream*: Another antifungal cream that can be effective. *Home Remedies* 1. *Keep the area clean*: Wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. 2. *Dry the area*: Pat dry with a clean towel. 3. *Wear loose clothing*: Avoid tight clothing that can irritate the area.

I'm thinking about stopping Melacare and I'm a bit worried about any side effects. What steps should I follow to do it safely? And once I stop using it, is it okay to apply aloe vera gel with vitamin E on my skin at night? Would love to get your advice on this.
