I noticed a 22 x 22mm abdominal wall defect right above my belly button at the 12 o'clock position with some omental fat poking through what exactly does this mean and do I need surgery for it

An umbilical hernia is an unusual bulge you can often see or feel over your belly button (umbilicus). It develops when part of your small intestine, together with fat or fluid, forms a sac. The sac pushes through an opening or weakness in your abdominal wall muscle

View allMy wife has multiple gallstones with the largest being 11.1 mm. The doctor recommended surgery but I'm wondering if there are other options to remove the stones without surgery
Gallstones over 10‚ÄØmm are unlikely to dissolve with meds;non-surgical options like ursodeoxycholic acid work best for smaller stones under monitoring.

I was declared unfit during my IAF medical checkup due to a condition that has no symptoms like pain or bleeding. They advised against any surgery and gave me one month for a remedical. Is there a chance this can improve without an operation? What are my options to get cleared in the next medical?
