I often notice that I have mucus after I eat, even if I dont have a cold. It seems to happen with any food, especially spicy ones. Can you explain why this might be happening? Do you have any suggestions for home remedies I could try?

I'm really concerned because I've been noticing blood in my stool for the past five days. I do drink alcohol daily, and I usually eat less food compared to others. Could this be a serious issue? What should I do?

Additionally, it is crucial to reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption and ensure you are eating a balanced diet to support your digestive health.
