I often notice that I have mucus after I eat, even if I dont have a cold. It seems to happen with any food, especially spicy ones. Can you explain why this might be happening? Do you have any suggestions for home remedies I could try?

I'm a 25-year-old male and a bit overweight. Lately, I've noticed my stool has been narrower, sometimes even pencil-thin. There's no blood, fever, or stomach pain, but when I looked it up online, I came across something about colon cancer. Now I'm really freaked out. Can you give me some advice on what might be going on?
Less likely to be related to colon cancer. Narrow or pencil-thin stool can sometimes be caused by benign conditions such as changes in diet, dehydration, or a lack of fiber. However, it is important to rule out any serious underlying issues. I recommend you try increasing your fiber intake and staying hydrated. You can also consider taking a stool softener like Colace (docusate sodium) to help with stool consistency. If the issue persists or if you develop any concerning symptoms, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation

I'm really concerned because I had loose motions this morning and took two tablets of Enteroquinol. The good news is that the loose motions seem to be under control, but now I'm dealing with a mild fever and just feeling really weak overall. I've mainly been eating eggs for lunch and oats with milk, flax seeds, and prunes for dinner. Is there any medication you think I should try? Also, are there specific foods I should avoid or focus on eating while I'm feeling like this? I'm just trying to get back to feeling better.
TAKE ONE COURSE OF OZ (OFLOXACILLIN N ORNIDAZOLE )TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS SO LARGE INTESTINE INFECTION IS CONTROLLED. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE TILL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR
