I'm really concerned because I had loose motions this morning and took two tablets of Enteroquinol. The good news is that the loose motions seem to be under control, but now I'm dealing with a mild fever and just feeling really weak overall. I've mainly been eating eggs for lunch and oats with milk, flax seeds, and prunes for dinner. Is there any medication you think I should try? Also, are there specific foods I should avoid or focus on eating while I'm feeling like this? I'm just trying to get back to feeling better.

I've been experiencing a really concerning issue whenever I eat. I get this severe pain in my chest, close to where my heart is, right after meals. It seems to get worse when I have spicy foods. Oddly enough, if I lie down immediately, the pain goes away. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm dealing with frequent burping throughout the day, like around 100 times. It's been going on for about a year now, and it's not just after meals. I even burp after just drinking water. Plus, my stomach seems to be getting bigger, even though I'm normally a skinny guy. It really worries me. Do you know what could be causing this or how I can stop it?
