I quit pan masala about 10 days ago, and after three days, all the issues I was havinglike feeling spicy while eating and having a white patchdisappeared. But now I'm noticing some pain on the right side of my cheek, particularly in the upper corner. It feels like my corner tooth is touching my cheek, and it's causing some pain. Could this possibly be cancer?

View allHey, so I've been dealing with this really uncomfortable pain on the left side of my forehead and my upper left gumsteeth. It became worse overnight, and now the whole left side of my upper face is aching like crazy. I even feel a bit feverish. I tried taking some crocin pain relief this morning because it was just too much to handle, but I'm still struggling to eat on my left side without pain. Chewing is especially tough. The gumspain hasn't gone awayany idea what might be happening or what I can do?
Your symptoms, including sudden severe pain on the left side of your forehead, upper gums, and teeth, accompanied by feverishness, suggest a possible dental issue, such as an abscessed tooth or infected gums, or potentially a trigeminal neuralgia or sinusitis; schedule an urgent appointment with your dentist
