I quit pan masala about 10 days ago, and after three days, all the issues I was havinglike feeling spicy while eating and having a white patchdisappeared. But now I'm noticing some pain on the right side of my cheek, particularly in the upper corner. It feels like my corner tooth is touching my cheek, and it's causing some pain. Could this possibly be cancer?

I'm dealing with a really painful mouth ulcer right now. Do you think using candid mouth paint along with a becosule capsule would be a good idea for this?
Yes you can take it

I've been noticing some white patches in my mouth for the past few days and Im a bit worried. I've attached an image so you can get a better look. Could it just be a fungal infection, or is it something more serious? Since it doesnt hurt, bleed, or scrape off, and the size hasn't increased, I'm feeling a bit confused about what it could be. Should I be concerned about oral cancer? I've never smoked, drank alcohol, or chewed tobacco. Do you think it's serious enough to need immediate medical attention? This has been going on for about a month and I have them on both sides of my gums near my wisdom teeth. I dont remember hurting myself with my toothbrush, although my teeth might've bitten the same spot. Right now, Im using a multivitamin and Kenacort gel. What do you think?
May be a case of oral lichen planus. To help with this condition, you can try using a mouthwash containing chlorhexidine and applying a topical corticosteroid like Triamcinolone dental paste. Additionally, you may benefit from taking Vitamin B complex supplements to support oral health. It is advisable to consult with a dentist or an oral medicine specialist for a proper evaluation and management plan. Please continue with your multivitamin supplement and kenacort gel, but consider adding chlorhexidine mouthwash and Triamcinolone dental paste for the oral lesions. If there are any concerns or if the condition worsens, do seek medical advice for further evaluation and management.
