I received my CBC report today, and my blood platelets have increased from 100,000 to 135,000 in three days. I do not have fever, and I am eating and drinking well. The only issue is that I feel chills. Could this chill be due to low platelets? Despite this, I am performing 3 rounds of push ups (15 each) with 30 second rest. Please advise if the chills are related to platelet count.

Chills are not typically due to low platelets at this level. Recovery in platelets is good. Monitor symptoms, stay hydrated, and continue light exercise if tolerated.
