I recently came across an old x-ray report that mentions 'healed tuberculosis,' and I'm honestly quite concerned. Does this mean that I still have active TB, or does it signify something else? Am I currently dealing with tuberculosis in any way? Just trying to understand what this really implies for my health.

I've just got the results from my premedical checkup for a job in the Gulf, and the X-ray showed that I have prominent broncho vascular markings in both lungs. I had a lot of phlegm when I was a kid, but that was sorted out a long time ago. I dont have any signs of tuberculosis or asthma, my weight and appetite are both good, and I havent had any fevers. My doctor said its not a disease, comparing it to a scar from an old injury. What does this mean? Should I be worried or is it nothing to stress over?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
