I'm having trouble breathing all day and it's making me really anxious. I've had issues with acid reflux and anxiety before, and I'm getting treatment for them, but yesterday my breathing got worse. I couldn't sleep all night because of it. I don't have a history of asthma or cold or chest pain, but I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen through my mouth and nose. Im really worried about my dad. He was just diagnosed with ILD Fibrotic NSIP and he's been dealing with a dry cough for two years and shortness of breath for the past six months.
