All values are normal. GFR greater than 60 is healthy. Slight underweight and vit D deficiency may explain weakness. Correct Vit D, good nutrition, and rest post COVID. Check Vitamin D post treatment.

Hello, I have deficiencies in both vitamin D and B12. When I take supplements, my levels improve, but if I stop the medicine even for a month, the levels drop again. Why does this happen, and what can I do to maintain normal vitamin levels?
