I recently did a master health check-up and found my LDL cholesterol is at 120. The ECG shows "sinus rhythm incomplete right bundle branch block." The doctor prescribed Arvast 10 mg and suggested I start walking. I noticed my MCV is at 54, lymphocytes at 45, ALT in the liver function test is 51, and serum urea is 15. Does everything look normal in the report, especially with the ECG?

What should I make of my recent ECG results that mention a sinus rhythm and the RS transition zone in 5 leads displaced to the right, but everything else seems normal? A couple of months ago, the ECG said LVH and possible lateral infarct and called it abnormal, even though it also noted a normal sinus rhythm. Back then, my blood pressure was 150100 with a pulse of 95, while now it's down to 13080 and my pulse is 81. Does this suggest an improvement in my heart condition?
