I recently did my routine first trimester antenatal blood tests, and my report shows a high risk result for trisomy 21 (1:7) and trisomy 13/18 (1:11). I am 27 years old. Pregnancy 20 weeks complete and ultrasound 3D report shows low amniotic fluid. The triple test report shows NTD positive but in ultrasound everything is normal such as spine and head. I am 14 weeks pregnant. I had a double marker test at 13 weeks and 3 days. My free beta HCG level is 28.4 ng/ml and PAPP is 12.8 mIU/ml. Are these levels normal? Please tell me.
