I recently did my routine first trimester antenatal blood tests, and my report shows a high risk result for trisomy 21 (1:7) and trisomy 13/18 (1:11). I am 27 years old. I am very worried after seeing this report. Could you please guide me on what steps I should take next to confirm or reduce this risk?

High risk results require confirmatory tests like NIPT or amniocentesis. Please consult a fetal medicine specialist immediately.
