I recently did an NS1 dengue test, which came out negative. Unsatisfied with the result, I repeated the test at a different clinic, and it showed a Dengue NS1 Antigen ratio of 3.5. All other parameters, such as platelet count and blood pressure, are normal. Can someone explain what this result means in detail, and what steps I should take next?

NS1 ratio 3.5 is positive for dengue. Early negatives are common. Rest, hydrate, and monitor fever. Track platelets daily.

Diagnosed with dengue today and already hospitalized. I was admitted on Tuesday evening for a viral infection. Blood reports were done on Monday, Thursday, and today.
