I recently found out that the black spots on my scrotum are called angiokeratoma. I'm worried if these could lead to something like Fabry disease? I heard that laser treatment is recommended to remove them, but Im nervous about any future sexual complications this might cause. Also, I've noticed that these spots seem less noticeable during the day and get a bit more visible at night. If I do decide on laser treatment, Im curious if they might come back again. Is there any other way to remove them, like using creams maybe?

View allI've been struggling with acne-prone skin and came across Mama Earth's tea tree face wash and oil-free moisturizer. They say they're chemical-free, but I'm a bit skeptical. Are these products really good for someone with acne-prone skin, and do they truly avoid harsh chemicals? I'm curious if I should give them a try.

Could using Keto AZ shampoo, Desowen lotion, and Kevon lotion be causing the increase in my hair fall? I've been dealing with constant dandruff and have seborrheic dermatitis, and now there's itching, inflammation, and irritation along with too much hair fall. Should I stop using these products?
you have to correct your cause of hair fall thats seborrheic dermatitis, which evantually corrects hair fall too,you are using right treatment if its bothering you much, ask your dermatologist for change in treatment plan.
