I've noticed a lump near my butt, and it really hurts when I touch it, and sometimes even when I don't. It's been there for a year, and now it feels like it's spreading from one lump to two. Should I be worried about this? What could it be?

View allI'm a 32-year-old female with medium fair skin, and I've been wondering about sunlight exposure since I've been spending much more time indoors because of the pandemic. If I'm planning to take a walk outside to get some sunlight, when is the best time of day to do this, and when should I avoid it? Also, how much time should I spend in the sun each week or day, while wearing regular clothes, to make sure I'm getting enough Vitamin D?
For vitamin D production and minimizing skin damage, aim for short periods of sun exposure, specifically between 10am-4pm, with peak hours being 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm, and limit daily exposure to 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week, with regular clothes on, while avoiding prolonged exposure during peak hours, especially for fair skin,

Im really concerned because every time I apply lotion or cream on my face, I get a burning sensation and it gets really irritating. Im thinking it might be a sunburn, but Im not sure. Some parts of my face are really dry, and when I put cream on those spots, it burns even more. What can I do to get my skin smooth and clean? Any advice would be really helpful.

I've been using Flutivate ointment for the past month as my doctor recommended. I've noticed some changes in my skin, and I'm a bit concerned about whether this is normal or if I should be worried. Should I keep using it, or is there something else I need to watch out for while continuing with this treatment?
