I recently got a blood test, and my ESR came back at 18. I'm a bit worried because Im not sure if that's within the normal range. My SGPT was also 52. Should I be concerned about these results? What do they really mean?

Last week, I took cold showers on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and I'm not sure if that's why I'm feeling this way or if there's another reason. Could you please advise?

I'm really concerned about my uncle who's 60 years old. He's been occasionally running a fever for the past month and has lost weight. He was 78 kg, but now has reduced a bit over the last few months. The chest CT scan results and AFB test both came back negative. Can you help me understand what might be causing these symptoms?
