I recently got a blood test and my report shows HBsAg high reactive 1432.08 S/CO. What does this mean?

This confirms Hepatitis B infection. You may be a carrier or have active infection. Please take HBV DNA Quantitative Test and LFT urgently. These are critical to assess liver damage. Take the test without delay.

I tested HBsAg positive, and my doctor informed me that I was an inactive carrier. My liver function test values have been normal. Recently, I have been experiencing abdominal pain. My latest LFT remains normal, but an ultrasound showed hepatomegaly with a liver size of 162 mm. My SGPT is 40, SGOT is 24, and my HBV viral load is 9,000. I am attaching my report for your review. Please advise what treatment I require.

Hi Doctor, I am attaching my liver function test report for your review. Could you please guide me on whether these results indicate any risk of liver problems in the future? I do not drink or smoke, and I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so I am concerned about why my liver function readings are elevated. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
