Question
I recently got my blood test done, which showed that my testosterone levels are within the reference range, but they are quite low for me. Can you please tell me how to increase my testosterone levels? Also, can you tell me the estimated normal testosterone levels for my age?

Normal testosterone levels vary by age, for adult males (18 to 40 years), total testosterone usually ranges from 300 to 1000 ng/dL. To naturally improve levels: get adequate sleep, regular exercise (especially strength training), a balanced diet with healthy fats, and manage stress. Avoid smoking and alcohol. If you still feel low energy or symptoms persist despite normal levels, consult an endocrinologist for further evaluation. Do Free Testosterone and LH, FSH tests for detailed hormonal assessment if needed.
