I recently got some blood work done, and my WBC count is higher than normal. I'm worried it might indicate an infection or some kind of issue in my body. How can I figure out what's going on, and what kind of diagnosis should I be asking for? What steps should I take next?

I've had swollen lymph nodes for about seven months now, and while they're moveable and don't hurt, they just won't go away. The FNAC test I did said they're reactive, but after trying antibiotics, nothing's changed theyre still the same size. I dont have any other symptoms, so I'm kind of at a loss here. What should my next steps be? Trying not to worry too much, but it's been a while.
