I recently got an ultrasound and found out that my ovaries are enlarged with lots of small cysts around the edges. One of my ovaries is 8mm3 in volume and the other is 10mm3. How serious is this? Is it something I should be worried about or need medical attention for? My periods have been on time and my thyroid levels are normal, so I'm a bit confused about what this means for my health.

What is more painful C section or natural birth?

Vaginal delivery is the most common and safest type of childbirth. You'll probably hear the term “natural childbirth” .The risk for discomfort after the birth is greater due to normal and expected surgical pain along the incision and abdominal soreness. These discomforts can last for several months. There is an increased risk for rupture of the C-section scar during subsequent deliveries and subsequent pregnancies.

I've been feeling some slight pain in my left breast, mostly on the side and upper part. It kinda feels like a bruise when I touch it, but the skin looks completely normal. I'm a bit concerned and was wondering what might be causing this. Should I be worried? My period just finished last week. Any thoughts?

There are several possible reasons for breast pain, especially around the time of menstruation. Since your period just ended, this could be related to hormonal changes. It is common for women to experience breast tenderness or pain before, during, or after their menstrual cycle. However, other possible causes of breast pain should be evaluated and ruled out. It would be advisable to visit your physician for a consult.

I've been told I need laparoscopic surgery to remove a dermoid cyst on my left ovary it's currently 3.2x3 cm. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year, and I'm unsure if I should get the surgery before getting pregnant. Is this cyst size big enough to require removal, or can I wait? What are the risks if I delay surgery?

You need to be cleared of dermoid cyst before planning for pregnancy, as it may pose some problem later. Laparoscopy is the best option. Via laparoscopy we can remove small as well as huge dermoid cyst also taking precautions against spillage of contents. Operative part headache, you can leave it to Gynaecologist. Just go ahead with the surgery and have a safe pregnancy ahead. Good luck
