I recently got an ultrasound that showed a small stone in my left kidney and mild spleen enlargement. I'm really not keen on surgery right now what are my other options to manage this? Are there any lifestyle changes or medications that could help?

View allI've been feeling some mild pain in my lower abdomen, around the groin area, and just above my penis. The weird thing is, it seems to ease up when I pass gas and there's just a lot of gas happening. I'm a bit worried because I was diagnosed with renal stones a couple of months ago. Could this be related to those stones, or is it something else?

I'm really worried about my wife's recent urine test results. It shows 68 hpf epithelial cells and 24 hpf WBC pus cells. What could these numbers mean? She's been having this stomach pain that doesn't seem to be centered in one spot. Can you help me understand what's going on?
