I've been feeling some mild pain in my lower abdomen, around the groin area, and just above my penis. The weird thing is, it seems to ease up when I pass gas and there's just a lot of gas happening. I'm a bit worried because I was diagnosed with renal stones a couple of months ago. Could this be related to those stones, or is it something else?

Chest Pain, Headache, and Digestive Issues

Possible causes:

  1. Digestive issues: Consuming milk and curd simultaneously may have caused digestive discomfort.
  2. Acid reflux: Stomach acid may be flowing back up into the esophagus, causing chest pain and discomfort.
  3. Other possibilities: Anxiety, stress, or other underlying medical conditions.

Remedy suggestions:

  1. Digestive enzymes: Take digestive enzyme supplements or eat foods rich in enzymes, such as papaya or pineapple.
  2. Avoid simultaneous dairy consumption: Stop consuming milk and curd together to alleviate digestive discomfort.
  3. Ginger and lemon: Try ginger tea or add lemon juice to water to help alleviate digestive issues.
  4. Antacids or acid reducers: If you experience acid reflux symptoms, consider taking antacids or acid reducers.
  5. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help with digestion and overall health.
  6. Rest and relaxation: Prioritize rest and engage in stress-reducing activities, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises.

Consult a doctor:

  1. Schedule a follow-up appointment: Revisit your doctor to discuss your ongoing symptoms and adjust your treatment plan.
  2. Undergo further testing: Your doctor may recommend additional tests to rule out underlying conditions.

Hey, so I recently found out I have Epididymo Orchitis after visiting the doctor because my right testicle was really swollen. I'm on antibiotics now, but I'm really curious how long it's going to take for this swelling to completely disappear. Any idea what the usual timeline is for something like this?

Swelling from epididymo-orchitis usually begins to improve within a few days of starting antibiotics, but it can take **2-4 weeks** for the swelling to completely resolve. Rest, scrotal support, and anti-inflammatory medications can help speed up recovery. If swelling persists, follow up with your doctor.

The head of my penis is super sensitive and hurts when I touch it, especially near where the secretion comes out. There's also a vein attached to the head that makes it impossible to pull back the foreskin, so I'm scheduled for surgery. I'm wondering if there's any way to reduce the sensitivity of the penis head after the procedure

It sounds like you're experiencing phimosis and possibly balanitis, which can cause sensitivity and pain on the head of the penis. Since you're scheduled for surgery, it's good to discuss potential ways to manage sensitivity after the procedure with your doctor. Here's some general information that might be helpful:

I'm dealing with a really uncomfortable situation here. An ant bit me on the penis, and now it's all swollen. What should I do or use for this?

It seems like the swelling is due to an allergic reaction to the ant bite. Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and use a mild hydrocortisone cream or an antihistamine cream like calamine lotion to soothe the area. If the swelling worsens or you experience severe discomfort, consult a doctor.
