I've been feeling some mild pain in my lower abdomen, around the groin area, and just above my penis. The weird thing is, it seems to ease up when I pass gas and there's just a lot of gas happening. I'm a bit worried because I was diagnosed with renal stones a couple of months ago. Could this be related to those stones, or is it something else?

Chest Pain, Headache, and Digestive Issues
Possible causes:
- Digestive issues: Consuming milk and curd simultaneously may have caused digestive discomfort.
- Acid reflux: Stomach acid may be flowing back up into the esophagus, causing chest pain and discomfort.
- Other possibilities: Anxiety, stress, or other underlying medical conditions.
Remedy suggestions:
- Digestive enzymes: Take digestive enzyme supplements or eat foods rich in enzymes, such as papaya or pineapple.
- Avoid simultaneous dairy consumption: Stop consuming milk and curd together to alleviate digestive discomfort.
- Ginger and lemon: Try ginger tea or add lemon juice to water to help alleviate digestive issues.
- Antacids or acid reducers: If you experience acid reflux symptoms, consider taking antacids or acid reducers.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help with digestion and overall health.
- Rest and relaxation: Prioritize rest and engage in stress-reducing activities, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises.
Consult a doctor:
- Schedule a follow-up appointment: Revisit your doctor to discuss your ongoing symptoms and adjust your treatment plan.
- Undergo further testing: Your doctor may recommend additional tests to rule out underlying conditions.

I had ZSR circumcision surgery on 22 July 2020 but the staple pin hasn't fully come off my penis yet. Trying to remove it with tools is really painful is there any home remedy or easier way to get it out without so much pain?
It's understandable that the staple pin hasn't come off naturally after 5 years. While it typically falls off within 10-14 days, it's best to consult your urologist for a professional assessment and removal, as attempting to do so at home can cause further pain and potentially complications
