I recently had an abdominal ultrasound, and the report said I have fatty liver infiltration with some focal fat sparing spots in front of the gall bladder. What does this mean? Should I be worried or change my diet or anything?

gas, indigestion, food sensitivities, or digestive conditions like IBS. I'm really worried about this breathing problem I've been having for the past three months. Ive done a lung X-ray, which came out normal, and an ultrasound that showed I have PCOD. But now, for the last 10 days, I've also been dealing with acid reflux. I'm taking Pantocid tablets and sometimes Digene syrup, but the breathing issue is still there. I recently had an endoscopy and they found GERD and some ulcers in my food pipe. Could you suggest if there's any specific test I should consider to find out why I'm struggling so much with my breathing? Like maybe a lung test or anything else I should look into?
