I recently had an abdominal ultrasound, and the report said I have fatty liver infiltration with some focal fat sparing spots in front of the gall bladder. What does this mean? Should I be worried or change my diet or anything?

I've been diagnosed with two gallstones 15.4 mm and 13.6 mm in my gallbladder. Is there any way to get rid of them or dissolve them without surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid an operation if possible. What are my options?

If your gallstones are small and you are unable to have surgery, you may be able to dissolve your cholesterol stones by taking ursodiol (Actigall, Urso), a naturally occurring bile acid, two to four times a day. Consult your doctor before taking any medications

Ayurveda may offer complementary treatments to help manage Ulcerative Colitis (UC) symptoms, such as dietary changes, herbal remedies like triphala, and stress-reducing practices like yoga, but it's essential to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner

Could you help me figure this out?
