I recently had an eye exam and learned my eye pressure is pretty high. During the visit, the doctor asked if anyone in my family had glaucoma, and after I mentioned my optic nerve, she said there's a slight issue but not to worry. I'm curious, can I still do exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and intense cardio? Is it okay to hit the gym, or could these activities affect my eye pressure?

It becomes really noticeable, like when I have a retina checkup and the doctor uses that bright torch light. My eyes just start tearing up a lot, and it seems like they're getting more sensitive to light over time. Im curious to know what might be causing this issue and what I can do to fix it. Could you help me understand what's happening and how it can be treated?
