I recently had protected sex on June 26th and got an HIV RNA PCR test done on July 12th, which is like 15 days later. I'm really anxious to know if the results will be accurate. Is it true that you can do an HIV RNA PCR test after just 10 days?

For an accurate HIV RNA PCR test result, it's typically recommended to wait at least 10-14 days after potential exposure. Since you tested 15 days after the incident, it should provide a fairly reliable result, but the accuracy improves with more time. For complete certainty, consult with your doctor.

I'm a bit worried after looking at my throat ultrasound report. It mentions something about an infectious etiology like Koch's disease. Can you explain what that means? Is it something serious I should be concerned about?

the bacteria must be present in abundance in every case of the disease and must not be present in a healthy organism

I'm getting a bit worried because a couple of months back, a street dog tried to bite me but didn't really get a good grip. It left a small wound on my thigh just with one of its teeth, and I cleaned it up with Dettol right afterward. It's been over two months now, and its almost healed there's just a little dark spot left. Everything seemed fine, but now Im starting to get anxious about whether I could've picked up any infections or viruses from it. I see the same dog around regularly, so I can identify it if that helps. What should I do to check if Im all clear from any infections or viruses from the encounter?

I'm a bit worried because my dog, who I've already gotten vaccinated, bit me again within ten days of its last vaccination. Do I need to get another round of anti-rabies vaccinations for myself, even though my dog's vaccinations are up to date?
