I recently had some routine blood work, and my liver function test showed that my direct bilirubin is a bit high. My total bilirubin is at 1.0, direct bilirubin is 0.3, and indirect bilirubin is 0.7. The SGPT is 19.8, and SGOT is 22, and all the other liver enzymes came back normal. Should I be worried about my liver? The anxiety is really getting to me.

Based on the lab results, there is no indication of liver failure. The slight elevation in direct bilirubin could be benign and may not be cause for concern. View allSo, I recently found out I have gallbladder stones and I'm going to have laparoscopic surgery soon. As part of the prep, they did some tests and my ECG came back showing Sinus Arrhythmia. I'm a bit worried and wondering if that's something I should be concerned about. Do you think my ECG is normal, or could there be an issue there? Also, if there is a problem, would it affect my upcoming surgery? I've also been dealing with some symptoms that might be related, like really bad acidity for the past four months, frequent burps and hiccups, feeling nauseous, and pretty intense acid reflux. It's like a liquid moves up my food pipe to my throat and causes pressure in my chest and around my food pipe. Also, I often feel short of breath during the day, but it seems to get better when I lie down. Do you think this shortness of breath is because of the gallbladder or could it be a cardio issue linked to the ECG results?

I'm feeling something is stuck in my neck and having a lot of gastric problems. I also experience a pins and needles sensation near the sternum area, like there's something inside. There's a headache and a lot of anxiety because of these issues. I've seen many doctors, but nothing seems to help. Im confused and dont know what to do. Some say its anxiety, others say there's nothing wrong. Googling symptoms just makes me feel more depressed. I also have pain in my forehead and back of my neck, and my fingertip pores feel really tight and hurt a bit when I close my hand. Can anyone suggest what might be happening or what I should do next?
Fasting,post prandial and Hba1c tests are advised to the patient.

I'm dealing with loose motions, nausea, and feeling a bit feverish since this morning. I had a chest X-ray yesterday which mentioned something about Prominent Hila, likely vessels. Could this X-ray finding be related to my stomach issues, or is it something separate? I'm curious to know your opinion on this.
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
