I recently had some tests done, and my report shows lymphocytes at 3,249. Is this level normal? If not, what should I do?

A count of 3249 can be normal, depending on total WBC. Relative lymphocytosis may follow viral infections or inflammation. If no symptoms like fatigue, fever, or swelling, it is likely benign. Repeat CBC if uncertain or symptoms persist.
