I recently had surgery to remove a cyst near my front tooth in the upper jawline, and the bone in that area has melted. How long does it usually take for the bone to regenerate after something like this? Also, what are the chances of the cyst coming back and is there anything I can do to prevent it from recurring?

My blood pressure is around 115/86 to 130/91 is it safe for me to get my impacted wisdom tooth removed? I'm a bit worried about the surgery with these readings, what do you think?
