I recently had tests done due to fever. The Widal test showed typhoid positive, but the Typhidot test was negative. My CBC report shows: low RBC, low lymphocytes, low platelet count, low PCV, high MCV, and high MCH. Along with this, I am experiencing consistent pain between my chest and stomach, joint pain, tiredness, and back pain including along the spine. At night, my back pain increases, and when I wake up I feel a lot of pain in my arms, shoulders, back, and legs. The pain reduces when I am active at work, but worsens again when I take rest. Given these test results and symptoms, what could be the possible diagnosis?

CBC shows signs of anemia. Low RBC, lymphocytes, platelets are concerning. High MCV/MCH suggests vitamin issues. Chest/back pain needs evaluation. Early testing prevents complications.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Iron Studies Test Test
