I recently lost a lot of hair, and I think it might be due to some heat boils on my scalp. Is it really possible for hair loss to happen because of this? I'm really worried if my hair will grow back and how long that might take. Also, what kind of treatment would you recommend for this issue?

View allI've been dealing with lichen planus pigmentosus and it's left some noticeable acne on my face. I'm really into makeup and I've been wondering if it's okay to use it to cover up these spots. I just want to make sure I'm not going to make things worse or do something that could harm my skin. Could using makeup cause any issues with acne from lichen planus pigmentosus? What should I consider before applying anything?
It is generally safe to apply makeup to hide acne caused by lichen planus pigmentosus. However, it is important to choose non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic makeup products to avoid exacerbating the acne. You can use a gentle cleanser, apply a non-comedogenic moisturizer, and then use a concealer or foundation to cover the acne. Additionally, you can consider using topical treatments prescribed by your dermatologist to treat the underlying lichen planus pigmentosus.

I'm using minoxidil and some tablets for my hair loss, and I'm wondering if you could recommend some mild shampoos I should use along with them. I'm looking for something affordable, maybe around 150 to 200 rupees. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I've been experiencing these red rashes that seem to show up only in the evenings and last for about 23 hours. Its been happening for almost 3 months now, mostly on my face, but sometimes they appear on my back and foot too. They tend to vanish soon after I take an Allegra tablet but frustratingly pop up again after 48 hours when evening arrives. Weirdly, this only happens when I'm in Mumbai or on a working day, and it started around August. Last year, a 10-day course of Allegra seemed to solve the issue completely. Im really curious and a bit worried about why this is happening. What could be causing these rashes, and how can I get rid of them for good?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.
