This indicates subclinical hypothyroidism. If symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, or hair fall exist, treatment may be started. Please do AntiTPO antibodies test to assess for autoimmune thyroiditis. Take this test to confirm if thyroid disease is autoimmune.

I am 32 years old, married, and have hypothyroidism. I take 50 mcg of medication every day. Over the last few months, I have noticed that my periods end on the second day, with no flow on the third day and only light spotting on the fourth day. The flow is very light, I could manage with one pad for the whole day, though I usually do not. My periods are regular and always on time.
