I recently took Primolut N 5 mg to delay my period, and I had three tablets over three days. It's been two days since I stopped taking them, but my period hasn't started yet. I'm also experiencing headaches, a cough, weakness, and even some paleness. What should I do?

I've been dealing with some issues down there and I'm really worried. There's a small pimple on the tip of my vagina that's super annoying and sometimes it even hurts. Plus, I've been experiencing a lot of dryness, irritation, and this extra white discharge. I'm not sure what's going on, but I could really use some advice on what to do. Any thoughts?

The cost of a hernia operation at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai can range around 1 lac for laparoscopic hernioplasty . Other reputed hospitals in Mumbai may have similar pricing. As for the admission duration, patients typically stay in the hospital for 1-2 days after a laparoscopic hernia surgery. However, this may vary depending on individual cases and the doctor's advice. It's best to consult with a doctor or the hospital directly for a more accurate estimate of costs and admission duration.

There's also a bulky uterus with multiple fibroids around 32x26 mm and an endometriotic lesion on the posterior wall about 24x14 mm. Should she consider surgery for this or are there other options? What does this mean for her health?
