My wife's in her second trimester and she's been having headaches more often lately. Is there anything I can do to help give her some instant relief?

For instant headache relief during pregnancy, try these safe options: apply a warm or cold compress to her forehead, neck, or shoulders; offer a gentle massage; encourage her to rest in a quiet, dark room; provide hydration with water or herbal tea; and consider acetaminophen (Tylenol)

I'm a bit confused about some medication my doctor mentioned. They advised me to take Duphaston, and I'm also hearing about Jigest. Are they basically the same thing? Could you explain the difference, if there is any?

I have a 13.3 mm secretory hyperplastic endometrium and two myomas one anterior subserous 31x24 mm and another posterior panmural 76x68 mm. The myometrial-endometrial interface is intact, and my cervix is normal. There's a 21 mm dominant follicle in my right ovary with a corpus luteum, and my ovaries measure 38x21 mm (right) and 31x17 mm (left). No free fluid in the adnexae, but some in the POD. My doctor is recommending surgery are there any alternatives I can consider?

Myomas more than 5cm are theorically better to b removed.. More so if u have menstrual disturbances or difficulty in getting pregnant

I'm having a bit of a situation where two fingers can enter the vagina quite easily, but a penis doesn't seem to go in. Is it possible for a non-erected penis to enter the vagina? I'm feeling a bit concerned about this and would really appreciate some advice.

Yes, it is possible for two fingers to enter the vagina more easily than a non-erected penis. This is because the vagina is a flexible organ that can expand and contract. If the penis is not erect, it may not be able to reach the same depth or width of penetration as an erect penis. If you have concerns or discomfort, its important to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
