I recently visited a Neurologist because I've been having headaches. The doctor did an MRI scan and luckily they didnt find any abnormalities in my brain. However, they did see some mild mucosal thickening in my bilateral maxillary sinuses. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what this means for my health. Could you explain what's going on and what kind of treatment I might need?

I've been experiencing this weird click sensation in my throat whenever I swallow, almost like something is shifting around in there. It's not painful, but there's this constant feeling of something being there, and its seriously annoying, especially when I'm trying to sleep. I have this lingering cough sensation too, but it's mostly just an odd feeling rather than a full cough. I did drink a lot of alcohol for over a year, which I thought might be the cause, but Ive stopped drinking for the last month and a half, yet the problem persists. I've tried looking up stuff on Google but ended up more confused. Any idea what might be going on or how I can get rid of this discomfort?

I'm having a lot of discomfort at the back of my tongue. It's sore, and I'm in quite a bit of pain. I've noticed it's turning a bluish color with some lines and spots. I'm really concerned and not sure what's going on. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this?
