I request you to kindly review my blood test report and let me know whether everything is normal. My CBC report is attached below. Could you please confirm if my white blood cell count is high?

White blood cell counts must be interpreted in context (normal range: 4,000to11,000/cu mm). If elevated, it can indicate infection or inflammation. Please take a repeat CBC and CRP for clarification.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

The doctor has suggested a few medicines and I am taking them. I did some blood tests by self reference. Could you check the attached reports and let me know whether it is a normal viral or bacterial infection or any other issue?

The doctor prescribed Paracetamol and Cefamid 200, but there has been no improvement.

My 4 year old daughter X ray report shows prominent pulmonary bronchovascular markings. Her abdominal scan shows enteritis, cystitis, and subcentimetric lymph nodes in the mesentery. She has been experiencing frequent episodes of fever, cold, cough, and abdominal pain over the past two months. Currently, her breathing is very noisy. I would like to understand what all this inflammation means and whether it indicates a serious condition.
