Sir I had cough and fever for 10 days the fever has cured but cough is still there some friends told me it may be eosinophil so please see my report and tell me the normal count of eosinophil in a healthy person?

Normal eosinophil count is 1 to 6 per or up to 500 cells per microlitre. Elevated counts may suggest allergy or infection. If cough persists, further evaluation is advised.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT (AEC) Test

I have attached my blood report. The report includes the remark, Alert, Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes. Platelets appear adequate in smear. I also have a family history of thyroid issues and am currently taking medication for it. Could you please explain what these findings mean and if there is any cause for concern?

My mother is 57 years old and has been receiving treatment at AIIMS Hospital for the past 17 years. She was fine until a month ago, but since then, she has developed a dry cough. She has taken all the medicines prescribed by the AIIMS doctor, but there has been no improvement. Her blood report is normal. The cough is not continuous, but when it starts, it becomes unstoppable for a while. Because of the cough, she also feels pain in her throat. She is taking a cough syrup called Grilinctus. Please suggest what we should do.
