I saw a video about phimosis and it mentioned it could lead to fungal infections should I be worried even if I haven't had any issues yet? Can it be treated with meds or is surgery the only option? If surgery is needed, are there any side effects? Also, could phimosis be affecting my penis size, and is there any way to increase it with medication?

Don't ignore this problem. It may cause you other sexual disorder in future. May be its your initial stage so you shouldn't ignore this problem otherwise it will badly effect on your sexual life. You do massage with olive oil and almond oil twice a day. Try some vacuum therapy, kegel exercise and jelqing exercise. Start eating a healthy diet like green vegetables like spinach, cabbage, kale etc contribute to male enhancement. Also citrus fruits like avocado, orange, and lemon that are rich in Vitamin B9.

View allI've noticed that one of my testicles, the right one specifically, seems to hang lower than it used to. I'm 21 and just had a full body check where everything seemed fine, and the doctor checked my testicles but didn't touch them, just took a good look. I hit the gym pretty regularly and wear tight shortsI'm wondering if that or the lifting might be affecting this. I also have another medical exam soon before I start work on a ship. Could this lower-hanging testicle be something I should worry about?
It's possible that lifting heavy weights or wearing tight shorts could cause some temporary changes in the position of your testicle, but if your doctor didn't find any issues during your last checkup, it likely isn't a cause for concern. However, if you notice persistent discomfort or other symptoms, it's a good idea to mention it during your next medical checkup before heading to the ship.

I've been dealing with para phimosis and it's causing pain during sex are there any non-surgical treatment options that actually work? I'm really worried about going under the knife and want to know if there's another way to manage this

I'm really concerned because I'm experiencing severe early ejaculation. I can get an erection just fine, but I can't seem to maintain it long enough as I end up ejaculating just 15 to 20 seconds after the erection. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to address it?
