I'm experiencing this pain in my hands and feet when I walk, and it's got me a bit worried. There's also this weird numbness in my fingers at night when I'm trying to sleep. Could this be peripheral neuropathy? What should I do about it?
Suffering from peripheral neuropathy with pain in hands and feet while walking and numbness in fingers at night during sleep. This condition can be managed with medications such as Gabapentin (Neurontin) starting at 300mg taken orally once a day at bedtime, then titrated up to 300mg three times a day. Additionally, Pregabalin (Lyrica) can be taken at a starting dose of 75mg twice a day or 50mg three times a day, which can be increased to 300mg to 450mg per day in two or three divided doses. Please consult with your healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

I'm taking vertin and stemetil for my vertigo just like my doctor recommended, but I'm still having one or two vertigo episodes even with the meds. Plus, it seems to happen more when my stomach's empty. Is this normal? I've also had migraines for 20 years now. Does vertin actually stop vertigo completely?
You seem to be suffering from vestibular migraine. You may need long term migraine prophylaxis. Simple anti vertigo medicines are not really useful
