I started losing my hair after having COVID and it seemed to settle for a bit, but now its back and even worse. My doctor told me to use 1 ml of minoxidil twice a day and also suggested using 1 ml of a racine pro hair serum, which also contains minoxidil, once a day. I'm a bit worrieddoes using these together make sense? Is it safe to have the extra minoxidil from the serum too?

I have a cut on my left hand that's not too deep but has left a complete mark. What treatment options are there for it? Also, if I consider plastic surgery, how much would it cost to get rid of the scar?

For a superficial cut leaving a scar on your left hand, several treatment options can help minimize its appearance. Topical treatments like silicone gel or cream, pressure dressings, and even some natural remedies can be effective. If you are considering scar revision surgery, it can alter the appearance of the scar but may not completely remove it, and the cost can vary based on the complexity of the scar and the surgeon's fees

I've been using adapero mixed with nioclean for my pimples and scars, and it was working so well at first, my scars were actually fading. But then I found out I shouldn't be in the sun too much while using these. I spent a day at the beach, and now the areas where my skin was healing look really dark, almost black where the pimples and scars were. What can I do to fix this? Will the dark spots eventually fade away?

The post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) caused by sun exposure while using adapalene and niacinamide may fade over time with consistent sun protection, topical treatments, and patience, but consult your dermatologist for personalized guidance and treatment.

I've been dealing with some skin issues after using this hydroquinone, tretinoin, and mometasone furoate cream for my acne and the marks it left behind. Whenever I used it, my skin looked great and glowy, but whenever I stopped and went out in the sun, my face would turn really dark. Now I've been off the cream for 8 months, and my face is in such bad shape. There's a big difference in color between my face and the rest of my body, plus I've got these red marks, dull skin, and lots of pigmentation. It's really frustrating and I'm just not sure what to do at this point. Could you help me out with this?
