View allI have a weird issue where there's a lot of fat only in my left chest but my right chest is totally normal. My BMI is fine, I even have visible abs, so it's not a general fat problem. I've tried medicines to dissolve the fat but nothing worked. Could this be a hormonal imbalance? I'm desperate to fix this, even if it means surgery what options do I have?
FNAC of that fat deposit should be done to rule out any malignant disease. If it's only Lipoma, than it can be surgically removed by a small operation. That's it

My breasts are sagging and I really don't want surgery are there any other treatments that can help firm and lift them naturally? I'm worried about the results and looking for non-surgical options.
While non-surgical solutions can improve breast appearance and provide some lift, they won't fully reverse sagging. Here's what can be done: 1. Strengthening the Underlying Muscles: Chest exercises: Push-ups, dumbbell flyes, and other chest-focused workouts can strengthen the pectoral muscles, providing better support for the breasts. Improve posture: Maintaining good posture can help support the breasts and reduce the appearance of sagging. 2. Boosting Skin Elasticity: Topical treatments: Creams or oils containing retinol, peptides, or vitamin E can help improve skin elasticity and potentially reduce the appearance of sagging. Laser treatments: Laser treatments can tighten the skin, potentially lifting and improving the shape of the breasts. 3. Other Non-Surgical Options: Bra selection: An underwired bra can provide support and lift, especially for those who prefer a natural look.

I have a birthmark on the left side of my face that's about 53 cm in size. Can it be removed? Are there plastic surgery options or any other treatments available for this?
Yes, plastic surgery or laser treatments can reduce or remove birthmarks depending on depth and type. A dermatologic surgeon or cosmetic plastic surgeon can evaluate best options.
