I suddenly got a boil at the bottom and it's really hard and painful. Right now, it's not oozing or anything, but it's super uncomfortable, especially when I try to sit down. I've also started feeling a bit feverish. What should I do next?

I've been dealing with these red bumps and itching along the sides of my waist for over a year now. The doctor gave me some medicine to take and told me to use Tenovate cream until it cleared up. But as soon as I stop using the cream, the problem comes back within just a couple of days. It's leaving dark spots and making my waist look kind of ugly.
