I've been dealing with these red bumps and itching along the sides of my waist for over a year now. The doctor gave me some medicine to take and told me to use Tenovate cream until it cleared up. But as soon as I stop using the cream, the problem comes back within just a couple of days. It's leaving dark spots and making my waist look kind of ugly. It's not about hygieneI shower daily, even twice sometimes. My clothes are clean, though I do wear some tight clothing from time to time. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

View allI accidentally drank hot water that was around 60 or 70 degrees. My lips and tongue got burned, and I still feel a burning sensation, but the color hasnt changed and there are no burn marks. My lips have started to recover a bit, but my tongue, especially the underside, still has severe issues. It's painful to eat. Is there any ointment or medication you recommend for my tongue?

Can I use Evion 400 on my face every night? I've heard it's an antioxidant and good for the skin, but I'm wondering if it's safe to do this regularly. Is there anything I should be worried about?
Evion 400 is a brand name for Vitamin E capsules. It can be beneficial for the skin as it is an antioxidant. You can puncture the capsule and apply the oil directly to your face overnight. However, it is recommended to do a patch test first to check for any allergic reactions. Apply a small amount on your inner arm and wait for 24 hours to see if there is any redness, itching, or irritation. If there is no reaction, you can apply it on your face daily.
