I accidentally drank hot water that was around 60 or 70 degrees. My lips and tongue got burned, and I still feel a burning sensation, but the color hasnt changed and there are no burn marks. My lips have started to recover a bit, but my tongue, especially the underside, still has severe issues. It's painful to eat. Is there any ointment or medication you recommend for my tongue?

View allI'm experiencing a lot of hair fall and breakouts now that I'm married, and I think it might be because of the change in water. Could there be some hormonal imbalances at play here? It's really concerning as my skin and hair were really healthy before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
