I've been using erythego gel for my Rosacea for about a year and a half without issues since it was prescribed by my doctor. But lately, I've developed contact dermatitis, and now every time I apply the gel, it seems to make things worse. Could the gel be causing my contact dermatitis?

I'm 35 and for the past five years, I've been dealing with these painful bumps with pus on my scalp, which the doctors say is scalp folliculitis. I attached some images to show what's been going on. I've already seen a dermatologist, but I'm still struggling to find relief. I'm really confused about my herpes situation. I found out I'm HSV1 igg positive but igm negative. Does this mean I might accidentally pass it to someone else, or am I safe because I've got some kind of immunity now? I'm just trying to figure out what this means for me and others.
