I am 28 years old. Over the past few months, I have been losing weight steadily, and my skin has become darker. I also have minor sinus issues but no major medical conditions. My parents both have diabetes, so I recently got tested, but my blood sugar levels were normal. I work in IT with a stressful night shift schedule.
