I suspect I might have a kidney infection. My urine report shows albumin +++, RBCs are plenty, pus cells 3 to 4 per hpf, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per hpf, UBG 1+, BLD plus minus, PRO 3+, and LEU 3+. Could you please guide me on what this indicates and the next steps I should take?

I am having UTI for the last 25 days and now my urine report shows presence of epithelial cells 1 to 2 per hpf and pus cells 5 to 6 per hpf. I have already taken levofloxacin for 20 days as per doctors advice. Kindly suggest what to do now? I was also recently detected with diabetes. My age is 69 years male.

My routine urine report shows 10 to 15 pus cells per hpf and a trace amount of protein. Epithelial cells are 2 to 3 per hpf. Could you please help me understand what this means and if any treatment is needed?
