This is the second time I am experiencing frequent urination. The last episode was about 4 months ago, when my urine test showed bacteria and I was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor, after which the problem resolved. Now the issue has come back. I have attached my urine test report. Please advise.

Could you please advise which tests I should undergo before visiting a doctor?
