This is the second time I am experiencing frequent urination. The last episode was about 4 months ago, when my urine test showed bacteria and I was prescribed antibiotics by a doctor, after which the problem resolved. Now the issue has come back. I have attached my urine test report. Please advise.

Recurrent UTI. Repeat culture to check for resistant organisms. Prolonged antibiotics or imaging may be required.

My father is 63 years old and he has diabetes. Recently we visited his regular diabetic doctor for a check up and at that time he said my father is having infection in urine and due to this he should avoid salty foods and ghee foods. We followed his instructions. But in the past few days he was suffering from cold and fever. Suddenly we could not take him to his regular doctor for a check up so I took him to a nearby clinic and that doctor advised to do a culture test. I got the results today. I would like to know what is in the results. Is the report normal? I am attaching the lab report for reference. Thank you.
