Hi I am a married working woman staying in a hostel. For the past two months I have been suffering from a urine infection. Please refer to my attached report. I am not able to understand and need proper guidance on what to do. I have already taken medication but I catch infection again just by using a common toilet. Please suggest?

Recurrent burning or infection after hostel toilets suggests persistent bacteria. Finish the full antibiotic course your doctor gives. Wear cotton underwear, drink plenty of water, and empty bladder right after using public toilets. Since you stay in hostel and public toilets ca not be avoided, make sure you flush and take proper precautions before using toilet. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, if taking tablets ensure the given course is completed.

View allI am having a burning sensation at the end while peeing and continuously feel like peeing. I am also feeling cold and like I have a fever, but it is not showing on the thermometer. Could it be a UTI? What test should I get done to confirm this?

Hello Doctor, My husband got 8 to 10 per high power field epithelial cells in his urine test. He had appendicitis three years ago. He is now getting pain in the lower abdomen. Please tell me, is this a serious condition or is it okay?

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend the first time and now she is my wife. She has ovarian cysts and yeast infection. After some time I suffered from fever, swollen glands, and swollen and painful testicles. Next I did an HIV report, which was negative. Next I did HIV 1 and 2 and p24 antigen tests which was 0.06 and the USG report of whole abdomen showed some infarction of bladder cystitis. Sir please tell me am I affected by HIV or other STD? What type of blood report should I do next? Please suggest me.
