Hi I am a married working woman staying in a hostel. For the past two months I have been suffering from a urine infection. Please refer to my attached report. I am not able to understand and need proper guidance on what to do. I have already taken medication but I catch infection again just by using a common toilet. Please suggest?

Recurrent burning or infection after hostel toilets suggests persistent bacteria. Finish the full antibiotic course your doctor gives. Wear cotton underwear, drink plenty of water, and empty bladder right after using public toilets. Since you stay in hostel and public toilets ca not be avoided, make sure you flush and take proper precautions before using toilet. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, if taking tablets ensure the given course is completed.

View allMy wife and I are actively trying for a baby, but every time we have unprotected sex, we end up with infections. Six months ago, we did urinalysis tests. The doctor suggested Cranpac D and Citralka for me, and my wife took Niftas 100 along with several other medications to eliminate bacteria. A few days ago, I started having back pain, and although I did not have typical urinary symptoms, I experienced a burning sensation at the tip of my urine. After a few days, my wife developed painful urination. We both started taking Niftas and Urispas. My wife is feeling better now, but I am experiencing pain in my testicles and pelvic area, like a pulling sensation. The pain is bearable, but I need help to completely get rid of this. I have decided to avoid sexual activity for now, and we both want proper treatment. Please advise on how we can effectively treat this condition.

Can I have a urinary infection for years without knowing it?

Hi, I am a 36 year old female. I developed a urinary tract infection last week and am currently taking antibiotics for it. During the infection, I experienced fever, shivering, and significant weakness. My urine report showed protein as well as a large number of pus cells. Can a UTI cause protein to appear in the urine?
