I think I might have piles in the early stages and I'm wondering if laser surgery is the right option for me at this point or if there are other treatments I should consider first

I had perianal fistula surgery a year ago but still notice a small white sticky discharge from the surgery site. Could this mean the fistula is recurring? I'm trying to conceive will this affect my chances of getting pregnant or cause issues during pregnancy?

I'm having some pretty bad anal pain that started a couple of days ago, and it came on out of nowhere. I noticed the area is a bit hard on one side, and it's really painful.
